Tech Guru ****

I ordered a Samsung S25 from Tech Guru (https://tech-guru.co.za/, an online electronics retailer focused on new and certified pre-owned mobile phones and consumer tech.) on 13 January 2026 and was promised delivery on 16 January 2026. The phone was not delivered on the agreed date and I requested a refund and forwarded my banking details as requested by Mr Dian Mohammed. Since then, I have received vague responses, broken call-back promises, and now my calls and texts on WhatsApp are not being answered at all.

This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced. There is absolutely no transparency, no accountability, and no respect for customers after taking their money. If you cannot deliver orders or communicate honestly with customers, you should not be selling products online.

I strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from Tech Guru.
