We ordered and paid in full for 2 iPhone 17 Pro Max devices from Tech Guru. After payment was made, delivery was repeatedly delayed with constant excuses such as “I have it in my hand now”, “I’m sending it today”, and “I’ll send it tomorrow.” This continued for more than two weeks without any devices being delivered.

Communication then became increasingly difficult. Some of the numbers we used to follow up were blocked, and we were told they would only communicate with one person. More promises were made, including offering extra items as an apology for the inconvenience, but nothing was ever delivered and communication has now completely stopped.

At this stage we have paid for goods that were never supp**** and have been left without proper communication, delivery, or refund. We strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to proceed with caution until this matter is resolved.
