NEVER BOOKING HERE EVER AGAIN

This is the worst ****** booking I’ve ever experienced in my life, it is disgusting. The customer service is nonexistent and the management system is a joke. I mad a reservation when I called to confirm it, I was told it was cancelled which the manager Melanie had assured me was resolved and my booking was available as per my booking. This was then followed by a link requesting payment, which I made and today when I called to make sure that everything was ready and payment was received I was met with a stupid story that doesn’t make sense. So if the manager is not in, the whole establishment is unable to function? Alex told me there is nothing that can be done to fix whatever the issue is because Melanie or Chantay are not in today. I’m furious at the lack of accountability that your business is operating on especially since I made the reservation for MY BIRTHDAY. I want my money back and I don’t have seven days and I’ll never bother myself to reserve anything with you in future and I will spread the word on socials as well. No one deserves to go through such on their birthday.
