**** or bad customer service?

BEWARE!!! I'm not sure if this company is a ****, or if they just REALLY suck at client service. I have paid for an order more than 2 weeks ago. Except for an email acknowledging my order, not a single peep from them again! I have sent emails, I have sent a message on IG (only to be answered by an automatic reply; follow-up messages were left unanswered). I have called the number ***) they provided several times, but no answer. I have called the number on Google Maps ***), but the number does not exist! More than R5k down the drain, I guess.
