**** or bad customer service?
BEWARE!!! I'm not sure if this company is a ****, or if they just REALLY suck at client service. I have paid for an order more than 2 weeks ago. Except for an email acknowledging my order, not a single peep from them again! I have sent emails, I have sent a message on IG (only to be answered by an automatic reply; follow-up messages were left unanswered). I have called the number ***) they provided several times, but no answer. I have called the number on Google Maps ***), but the number does not exist! More than R5k down the drain, I guess.

The Body Shaming T shirt Bed Co
I value high quality cotton items. The sleep dress I ordered was cut horribly and its not soft cotton. The customer service is atrocious. Comparing other women's bodies to model images is so degrading. Everybody is different, and honestly I felt so degraded when I asked for a refund/exchange, and they tried to convince me that I look good in their product. I would not have been comfortable even appearing in this sleepwear in front of my husband because it does not cover all the necessary parts and would have left a large gaping whole under my warm! Even though there was a mark on the dress, I had only tried it on once and this was clear by the folding creases that it still had when I sent it back. I lost R722 plus delivery!

Excellent quality and outstanding comfort!
We had our first sleep on the linen last night and it was honestly the best sleep ever. In fact, I cannot wait to climb into bed again tonight! The quality exceeded my expectations and the entire experience, from ordering to delivery, was excellent. The service was great, the product feels luxurious, and I will definitely be purchasing another set soon. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for high-quality bedding. It is worth every cent!
