The Space Rosebank Terrible Returns Policy

I purchased a dress from space as a gift last week. The size of the dress was not correct so we tried to exchange it for a smaller size. There was no smaller size and you do not accept refunds or to convert the amount at least to a gift voucher. This coupled with your limited 7 day returns period leaves me as a customer feeling ********** and cheated. As we are now left with an item of clothing that is completely useless. You make it very difficult to support local industry and designers when treating customers in this way.
