My daughter bought a dress and when she returned it they said the dress is altered of which is not right
My daughter bought a dress and when she returned it they said the dress is altered of which is not right. That tells me that they are selling rejected goods

I purchased a dress at The Space and later tried to return/ exchange it
I purchased a dress at The Space and later tried to return/ exchange it. The first reason I was given was that items purchased through Pay just Now cannot be returned. When I went back, I was told the dress could not be exchanged because it had allegedly been altered. So they can’t do an exchange for the dress. I’m concerned because I received two different explanations for the refusal. As a customer, I simply want a clear and consistent explanation of the store’s return policy

Great treating from staff
I had booked at The Space Guesthouse in eMondlo B section. The treatment from staff from day 1 was exceptionally well. The people who did my room everyday were friendly and welcoming infact all staff members were very kind and professional. Big ups to everyone and thank you for a wonderful stay

Disappointed
I would like to firstly Say, that the ladies at the Space Mall of Africa are by far the best sales people this franchise have hired, they were very accommodative and welcoming, above all they were always happy to assist. But I won’t say much about the Space in Rosebank mall, the ladies at store are unwelcoming and really look down on people, I was left looking as though I don’t deserve to be in their shop. There’s an elderly lady there who seems to be the owner or manger I’m not sure, she really made me feel like I’m wasting her time while being at that shop and all I needed was a beautiful designer item. It’s difficult to support our own South African designers when sales people treat you like you don’t deserve to be in their shop. I’m truly disappointed by their treatment. And honestly sad to say I will never spend my hard earned money at their store again. By the way I had bought a dress. And that will be the last item I’ll ever purchase. Classism should be stopped in the black community honestly.

Disappointed
