The Space refusing to refund

I bought a dress from The Space and was not happy. I returned it the next day and was promised a refund. That was 2 weeks back. The store does not respond to my emails or indicate the day I will be refunded. I never thought I will receive this kind of service from The Space online. I am happy with the items previously bought at their stores and the excellent service from their Brooklyn store. However, the online experience is very disappointing. Please give me back my money.
