The Space refund and exchange policy

Bought a dress at Sandton branch on Tuesday 3/1/23 and noticed the same day when at home that the dress got defects. Returned the dress on Thursday 5/01/23 and was told that they will get hold of the designer and explain to him/her the problem and find out from him/her if I can get a refund or store voucher and it will take two weeks for them to get back to me. Their policy says non- defective items are not refundable or returnable. The item was defective as such I’m entitled to a refund but now I have to wait for two weeks for the designer to decide. I find this kind of service very unfair and appalling. I’m done with the The Space and will never ever buy anything from them. Any store that does not offer refund I move away from it.
