Selling expensive dresses with cheap customer service at the Space store: the Pavilion mall

I have been a loyal customer of the Space store since 2011. I live in Pretoria and normally purchase clothes from Brooklyn and Woodlands stores. On the 25th of January I decided to visit the Space at the Pavilion mall since I was on a holiday in Durban. The customer service that I received from Neliswa was terrible. I chose clothes to fit. Before fitting the clothes, I informed the sales ladies that I just put a black dye on my hair and I requested a scarf to cover my head. Neliswa told me that they do not have any scarf. If I am not sure if I am going to buy clothes after fitting them, then she will not allow me to fit any clothes. I informed Neliswa that I was shocked because I purchased clothes in Pretoria this week and I was given a scarf to cover my head. She said the scarf that they had was ****** and they did not buy any new scarf. Her conduct and condescending mannerism was unacceptable.

The Space store sells very expensive clothes. However, their customer service is very cheap
