R1000 damaged dress

I went to the space Mall of Africa to shop for my sisters wedding and got two dresses, the white dress was so dirty but because I was pressed for time I decided to buy it with a print dress.

I am now in the EC and the print dress is torn, I wore the dress because I didn't have anything else to wear ( I even explained why I didn't t wash it so they can check)

Fast forward to today I am still waiting for feedback, if I do not call no one calls me back. When I bought the dress I wasn't told that i would have to wait for a designer to get back to me, I have another wedding this weekend, am I expected to buy another R1000 DRESS????!!

Why cant they keep me posted and let me know what is happening! this is uncalled for honestly!
