Poor customer service

Customer service and the customer experience is very important. The Space Rosebank sells very beautiful apparel but disgusting customer service. Today 7/2/2022 a retail assist mistreated my mother and I and made the shopping experience quite miserable.

Very disappointed by one of the shop assistant who didn't even bother to raise her head, respond to questions and comments. She literally ignored us like we were not there and worth her energy or time. Even though directly addressed.

We are regular customers at this specific shop so to be mistreated the way that shop assistant did and make us feel as though we where not welcome was quite hurtful to say the least.

I hope and pray she is held to account for her horrible customer service she shouldn't be in the shop if she cannot interact with people.
