Pathetic

My mother and I went to the space Woodlands to buy my sister a dress for her birthday, when we got home the dress did not fit my sister so we went back to the shop to get a cash refund since they no longer had a white dress for her birthday theme, to our surprise the manager Thelma said they don't do cash refunds. The dress was still in good condition and I see no need for them not to give us our refund. They don't even have a display that informs clients about their refund policy in clear big writing. The space has the worst customer service ever.

They will remain a wee shop and never grow like Woollies or Foschini Group I will never buy or encourage anyone about buying from that lousy company!!!!!!!!
