Dress wearing off a day after cannot be exchanged

I bought a Tulip d**** dress designed by Colleen Eitzen on friday the 9th of October 2015 at The Space in Clearwater Mall. I wore the dress to the wedding on the 10th (the following day) to the wedding, immediately after arriving at the wedding a friend told me that if I look carefully on my chest n the side of the shoulder my dress material seems to be wearing off. It looked like the material had rubbed off something.<br> <br> I took the dress back to The Space on monday 12th and spoke to Baka and another assistant. They told me that the rubb off could have been caused by a sling bag, I told them that I was holding a clutch bag and I even showed them the picture. The clutch bag was of a smooth material and if it was the clutch bag that had caused the damage, it could have been on the lower part of the dress and not the upper part.<br> Baka took the dress and said she will notify the designer Colleen Eitzen and then come back to me. I received a call on Saturday from Baka saying that the designer said she tested her material and the material was fine so that damage could not have been a fault from her side or from the shop side as similar tests were conducted at the shop.
