DAMAGE DRESS THE SPACE MALL OF AFRICA

I bought two dresses blue and brown at the space mall of Africa on the 23 of august 2018, the blue dress was fine , the brown dress is/was damage when I wanted to wear the dress the stitches were coming out , i took the dress back to the space at mall of Africa and they refuse to give me my cash back instead they wanted to take the dress and fix the dress and I dint want the dress to be fixed i want my money back, that lady so manager BAKA MCUBE was so rude . I left the dress with her at mall of Africa on the 31 August 2018

I read their terms and conditions and Its says if something is damage will give back the money. my question is why are they refusing to give back my money because I dont want the dress anymore.
