SA Council for the Architectural Profession SACAP

I lodged a complaint with The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) on 9 December 2014 and despite many repeated attempts to get them to acknowledge receipt of the complaint, which was sent from multiple email addresses and faxes I am still trying to get any kind of reaction from them. The complaint was for a breach in Code of Conduct by an architect.
