Unfair treatment

I am currently in my third year and I am aware of how strict SACAP is regarding class attendance. I will admit that I missed three class for one module last term yet I was marked absent for four classes. I have made contact with SACAP about this and they require relevant documents for missing the third class. I am well aware this is in the student handbook. Unfortunately I am unable to give the relevant document. But what does not make sense to me is that I have a good module engagement mark and we did not have much asynchronous activities for that module. I also passed both of my assignments. However, I am expected to repeat the module next term if it is available. I personally think this is unfair because I have a peer at SACAP who also missed three classes yet she did not have to repeat the module. I have to pay for a module that I have good marks for which is ridiculous. Furthermore, what if the module is not available next term. When will I graduate? I would appreciate more assistance from SACAP.
