Unfair selectiveness

Unfortunately SACAP does not allow students to take up more than 3 modules a terms unless you are eligible to do so (or are they selective). In my second year of studies in 2021 - our studies were still online do you covid - I had then not been able to make 2 of my modules because of the difficulty of being previously being on face to face campus and then switched to online because of covid protocols. In my final year of studies this year 2023 I had inquired to retake these 2 modules along side my new ones to complete my course - sacap student services had relayed to me that I don’t qualify because you must have a gpa of 75% > however classmates of mine whose gap’s we’re definitely not 75% were allowed to retake modules and do more than 3 modules in one term. Very selective with their students I’d say - as this as negatively affected my graduation process - they allowed me to only retake 1 of my modules this year - making me do ONE module in term 1 of 2023 - leading to the completion of my studies in March 2023 - but only able to then graduate in November of 2023. Not willing to allow me to fully complete my degree this year as it is my final year of studies.
