Unacceptable service from student administration

Im a very frustrated and unhappy parent. My daughter had a knee operation 2 days ago, we last week sent an email informing the institution of this prior to the surgery being done and again when the Dr informed us she has to be hope for plus minus 6 weeks to recover fully and therefore won't be able yo physically come to campus as she is immobile and in a lot of pain currently as she is recovering. We therefore asked that her mode of study be changed to online for this reason. Im very unhappy and perplexed that the response we got from your student advisor is that this is impossible as it's outside the period we can request this. I know this this is a doable as there are concessions available at every higher education institution as I have worked in the administration for private higher education. I doubt this was even discussed with the head of department or the head of administration as the response from your advisor was too quick and barely made sense why this request was denied. I find it unacceptable that the only choice is for my daughter to defer her studies. Did you consider how this will affect her psychological? Why pay the high fees of private education when the students best interest won't be considered? Im hoping we can find an amicable working solution for all parties involved. Looking forward to your immediate and satisfactory response or I will push this to the dean.
