Traps students for money and provide next to nothing helpful

SACAP has not once been to upheld a level of decent communication. They come after your money like rabid dogs though. I tried to re-enroll with SACAP, only because they did not inform me that my degree in psychology "didn't have enough points" for my honors courses, but they don't tell students this until they are denied the work they're after or want to advance their education. They refused to provide price or any financial aspect until AFTER I had to sign to re-enroll. They did not tell me when they started classes or the fact I would have been over a week behind, the so-called "lecturer" who doesn't teach, just facilitate the online access to SACAP, had no idea about me, already demanded an assignment that would be due the next 24 hours of my enrolling. The level of communication I had with a person who's meant to be the admin between SACAP and students, who was dismal and unprofessional, rude and came across as if she was heavily inconvenienced to do her job, by doing it, which she didn't (she has over 6 years in this field & company and she still cannot do her job professionally and without needing people to tell her over and over to do it, so how did she get the job???). She even wanted to be addressed by her name (instead of Ms/Mrs abcd) because she was uncomfortable, when the world has been talking and dealing with people using the same format since forever...culture clash? Maybe, but it was unnecessary to gun for a student/client or person they want money from. Various times it was told to them about me wanting to do ONE module, they don't even type out the titles of the modules to separate them, making them look like one long title, one module. And when I requested for the one module, now they claim I asked for two when THEY gave the wrong information to use and wont change it. I have requested to cancel with SACAP, haven't even done a class or had any interaction with some curb-side pick-up teacher, and they are now fast to reply, as apposed to them taking days and weeks to reply to a simple email, because THEY TRAP YOU WITH SIGNING something, the legally you're stuck to pay some overly priced fee for absolutely nothing. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED! Many students go through this money-grabbing, information lacking professionalism at SACAP. Not to mention that years ago I, and my classmates, had to deal with an educator who did not know the content whatsoever (she only got the job because she knew someone in charge) and when we, the students stood up for ourselves to sort this out, SACAP did a half-****d effort attempt to "check in on the class" with lots of preparation & suddenly the teacher acted totally different, giving the impression SHE WAS THE VICTIM of this debacle. The students and I had to teach ourselves, not the teacher who still didn't know the work. They increase their fees exorbitantly and the results on campus are nothing. No improvement to service, space, or material, it all stays the same, but the staff get enormous increases, which up their so-called authority and hire people who have been arrogant, ******** and downright useless to students. There's a strange abuse of power from the staff to the students. I had done online classes, had Zooms with students and lecturers before COVID, but upon asking to do so again this year, they told me they had never done it before and only during COVID did they have online attempts at classes, nowadays they have "online flexi" classes where you're told to do everything yourself, learn, read, do assignments etc, no actual classes but they put someone who doesn't pay attention, in the roll of "lecturer" and apparently they HAVE gone through a Zoom class, after been told they don't. Why would they lie that hard for so little? REMEMBER, a LECTURER actually teach and guide, keep up to date, provide accurate information, and years ago they did provide these services at SACAP pretty decently, but over the last few, there's less and less professionalism and actual attentiveness to the details of making smart and educated students and preparing them for the field, they simply want money and hire a very "particular" basket of people to take the rolls, who cannot do it, just there to legally appear but not actually the work. One had a panic/anxiety. I had experience in such scenarios and knew how to handle it but the overly arrogant attitude spraying staff member pushed himself into the scene, I asked if he had any medical or experienced skills that can help, he said no but he was in "charge", told me to leave him with the female student alone. He made it worse and the girl had to go to hospital shortly after. That same staff member had gotten a sour reputation among students and even a few lecturers, he didn't know hw to do his job but walked around asking if anyone needed help.. what was his purpose? That's where the money goes?? SACAP will NOT care about its students unless money is up front, more than asked for and making sure that more is coming. SACAP will not provide the services and communication skills you're looking for on a professional and proper level.
