I had the utmost respect for the institute, until recently. Three times now I have been blatantly **** to, been treated like I am insignificant, and now I am going to be homeless because of them! I am a suicide attempt survivor and asked to defer a term in order to deal with my mental health. I was never given feedback, and my request to check in with a counselor from the university WAS NEVER FILED! When I finally had enough and withdrew from them I was promised a refund on the 1st of August 2023. I have still not gotten it, even though I was promised by TWO(!) officials that I will get it by COB. If I don't get that, I am unable to pay for my accommodation, and I will be out on the street. They honestly don't seem to care.
