STAY FAR, FAR AWAY
A train wreck of an institution! Due to a catalog of errors on their side, my daughter's studies was put on hold for a year. During her first term, the support was so bad that she decided to stop her studies - which obviously included stopping debit orders. Yet, money was still taken. After now approaching three months since the ******* debit, we still haven't received a refund with ongoing false promises and stalling tactics. Unprofessional, and quite frankly ********.

11 Feb 2021, 11:36It infuriates me that you make it out as if I'm to blame in as such that you were awaiting a response from me. I contacted you on 28 November regarding this. On 26 January you asked for bank details for the FIRST time (keeping in mind that you had it all along), which I confirmed on the same day, and you even sent an email that the problem has been resolved shortly after. Then, four days later you ask for a bank letter AGAIN! Please take ownership and at least admit to handling this situation EXTREMELY unprofessional and ***********, rather than shifting blame - just as you previously did with the whole admission drama.
This is the most backhanded and insincere apology I've ever heard.
