SACAP (The South African College of App**** Psychology)

I app**** to study with this college. I made it clear in my application that I need to study online part-time since I am full time employed. SACAP responded positively confirming that I am accepted and will be placed online part-time group. I was told that I need to pay registration amount which I did, close to R6000. All was well, there was some introduction group scheduled online where all students were given a overview of the courses we are going to study. My problem with SACAP started on day one of their online teaching. @hellopeter at around 12 noon, while I was at work, I started noticing calendar schedules filling up my gmail, I convinced myself that it was a mistake of some sorts. I was wrong because exactly at 13:30 on that day, the 14th June. I started making calls but no one answered, I then rushed to my emails, wrote an email to the administration person because of the confusion they are creating. I was expecting to see anything from maybe around 16:30 or 17:00. In my email I explained that I am an online part-time registered student who is now receiving day class schedules and worse the class is on as we speak and I am working as we speak. Can someone pls remove me from this schedules and place me in the right time. My email was not responded to and this was now an urgent matter. I called their head office branch and was able to get to someone who responded to the email and referred it to a specific person from admin dept. Days went by without any response but me writing follow up emails requesting for response. I had to now write back to the manager from head office who responded to my call the other day to say I am still waiting for such and such person to respond to my email and also copied that person, who immediately called back and was so furious that I am snitching her and she even said "I will ensure that you pay for course cancellation and you will not get back your registration fee that you paid" I thought she was just joking because in all honesty SACAP is supposed to refund me if they cannot offer part-time sessions as promised when I app****. Few months went by, I received emails that I have to pay SACAP for studies cancellation, imagine the audacity. How am I supposed to attend when I am supposed to be working and again this is not what I was told by the college when I made my enquiries before applying. SACAP kept on calling me to register for my studies knowing very well that they do not offer part-time classes. Now I am ****** of my registration fee that I paid on top of that I am now blacklisted because according to them I had to pay even thought I wasn't offered what I app**** for.

@Hellopeter please help, I am now receiving vericred calls 24hrs of the day, demanding me to pay SACAP. Simply because a colleague felt that I put her into trouble by saying she hasn't responded to my query after 5 days that I sent it. I suffered financial loss as well as emotional abuse by SACAP now Vericred is add salt into a wound. I will appreciate your assistance...
