SACAP SSD NOT HELPFUL AND RUDE

Bad service a,I will never recommend SACAP to anyone,it looks good on internet and social media but they just take our money and sell the idea or online support which they ddon't even practice.... I got a chance to resubmit my corrected assessment for not referencing ,then I rewrote Sbusiso from SACAP SSD said if I struggle to submit I should send it through to him to submit for me ,which I did email in September for my Psychology A assessment 1 and 2 ...I have email him many times asking him to give me feedback which he never bothered himself to...

Now in October I also resubmitted my counselling modelities 2 assessment because I incorrectly submitted the assignment before checking for plagarism ,when they send me an email to resubmit I missed a part where I had to connect to SSD with a link ,so when I send my assessment to SSD support by the name of Raquel was dismissed for not using the link I was rudely told it's unfortunate that they can't help me ...they just not instrested to try help us students ,online studying is already a challenge to us . The school it self makes things to be even more difficult ,to be honest the treatment is bad ,the is no submit from the lectures, if u send an email asking a question you don't understand they just make you feel stupid in their respond or never respond at all ....SSD department is just useless .. just a waste of my time and money ...Unisa is way better ... But I enjoyed Mr Jacques class very supportive and always willing to help...one of few lectures are really there to want us to make it...most lectures just set us for failure finish...
