My experience at SACAP from all aspects

Student Support I completed a Higher Certificate at SACAP last year, and it was an incredible experience. The campus is highly supportive and hands-on—whenever I needed help, there was always someone available to assist. One of the aspects I truly appreciated was the access to free mental health support for students, which reflects the institution’s commitment to overall well-being. Additionally, the SRC fosters a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, and the general support from the admin and student help teams made my experience even more positive.

Communication (Emails & Calls) SACAP’s communication is efficient, quick, and reliable. I typically received responses to my emails within 24–48 hours, and if I needed to follow up, a reminder email would get a response within 12 hours. Given how busy they are, I really appreciate their attentiveness and strong time management.

Finance Department I did encounter an issue with fees when there was a discrepancy regarding a credit on my account. Although I had an email confirming the credit, the finance team initially required further proof, which led to some back-and-forth communication. While it took some effort to resolve, the finance team eventually assisted, and the matter was sorted out.

Campus Community SACAP has a strong sense of community, and the people—both staff and students—make it an amazing place to study. The supportive environment and friendly atmosphere made my academic journey all the more enjoyable.

Overall, my time at SACAP was enriching, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hands-on and supportive learning experience. I am now furthering my studies in Social Work at SACAP!
