Lies about paying registration fees

<p>I had 2 subjects outstanding for my higher certificate, which I wanted to complete in Term 3 2016. I wouldve been done with my subjects overall, and recieve a certificate of achievment.</p> <p>One subject (developmental psychology) was required to be done online and not face to face. Because I don't enjoy online and prefer completing subjects face to face, I asked when is this subject available face to face. The response was that I can register for it in Term 1. So my next question was - what about the registration fee of R3882 that SACAP charges yearly. SACAP came back to me saying that I don't need to pay this registration fee, I'll only get charged in Term 2. So I said thats perfect. I'll do that then, because I don't want to pay the registration fee. Out of the blue last week(December 14th 2016) I get an email saying: Please note registration fee is payable once a year. Therefore for as long as you are returning in 2017,it needs to be paid. </p> <p>So now if I had known that I could've completed my course in T3 and not pay the registration fee...Thank you for lying! </p>
