It's literally like throwing money away!

It continues to astound me that SACAP does not apply their written procedures to themselves. Apparently deadlines only apply to students, not staff. I have followed the correct complaints procedure as per the student handbook, which states: "The outcome regarding the appeal will be formally communicated to the student within fourteen (14) days." I am now on day 37 and have still heard absolutely nothing. I sent an email 6 days ago asking about this and have received absolutely no reply.

This institution is simply a money grabbing company who has absolutely no regard for students at all. They do none of the things they advertise. The majority of staff (including educators) do not respond to emails, despite their advertised turnaround time. They defend their actions over and over again even when they are blatantly in the wrong. When you complain, this is reflected in your grades!

I would not wish this experience on anyone! I would never seek therapy based on the people I have encountered at SACAP, which is ironic considering their subject!

Student experience is of great importance to SACAP, and our policies and processes for addressing student complaints and grievances are well-developed. We are satisfied that a panel of senior executive board members has thoroughly investigated the grievances made by Ms. Alison Smith. They have determined that SACAP dealt with Ms. Smith’s concerns openly and transparently and by following all relevant policies and protocols. They have confirmed that SACAP’s investigations were thorough and that our responses have been fair.  Through an objective and fair process, they have determined that these matters are now resolved. SACAP wishes Ms. Smith every success in completing her studies with us in a peaceful and productive way forward.

It is very evident that SACAP will protect staff and educators at all costs and that rules and deadlines apply to students, but not to staff (a perfect example in this complaint where the student handbook states a response time of 14 days and this response took 37 days)! I can assure you that I am not the only one with a variety of complaints, I may be the only one brave enough to speak out. The fact that is does not concern you should be extremely concerning and should be a warning to prospective students!

The fact that I have evidence about students who received grades of 100% without attending sessions and those who did received lower grades, but you do not is evident that a thorough investigation was NOT done.

You clearly have no interest in improving anything.
