Always a struggle!

<p>I am an Online Student, and paid my year in full. I finnished term 1 and I filled in my re-enrolment form the first week of registration for term2. I was just informed that I was never enrolled and will have to wait for the next term. Its always a struggle with SACAP, I am not a new student, how can they mess up a re-enrolment. After I paid my year in full they actually still decucted my fees for 2 months thereafter and I had to deal with rude customer service to try and get my nmoney back. Now this happened as well... Terrible service and now it looks like every term will be a struggle with something ...</p>
