WOW such drama for R1320?

On the 29th of March I cancelled my booking and I called the hotel for my refund, I spoke to Banele and he/she asked me to send my banking details as they will refund me, few days late to be exactly on the 1st of April I called to check on the process I was told that Banele is not in and no 1 can help me with this because I spoke to him/her. On the 2nd I called again I was told thatBanele is not in AGAIN! Then on the 3rd I called and my call was transfered to the manager who said to me he will deal with the refund and I will get my refund immediately, I never did, on the 4th I called again the lady I got told me that the manager is not in, I then called again on the 8th I spoke to a different person gave my story nd said he will sort it out and he will call me back! I never got any call then on friday the 12th when I called he said he is still busy with it he will call me back and I pleaded with him to call me back as iv been calling, he never got back to me.when I called the lady told me the manager is already gone for the day and took my details! I never received any call! Then today the 15th I called and asked for the manager they said he is not in but I was transfered to the guy called Marvin/ Malvin he said he will check it and took my contacts said he will call me back he never did! Here below are the screen shots of the calls I have been making to the hotel,on the 16th I called and Marvin said he will call me back and he never did, onthe 18th today when I called in the morning Marvin said he will call me back and he will send me proof of payment and they will release the money today that never happened! When I called later on the lady said she is transfering my call and Marvin never answered my call, until I ran out of air, now the phone is being answered by a guy saying he is not in! I would like to know when will I get my refund of R1320? Will I still get it or just forget about this money because i really think it is not fair that I have to call the hotel every day for this with no resolution? Instead I look like a fool calling everyday and im being told that the person I spoke to is not in.
