The Royal Hotel Coastlands hotel is Unsafe
****py unsafe and ****ty staff had we saw the reviews here my sister would have not come at all. A stranger knocked on her door on the 11th floor and no one can explain who the person was or he got in and security did not even apologize or say anything to make her feel better. It did not end there the person knocked again hard the second time and securities did see that some *****s on the hinges of the door were taken out she had to call people she knew around to fetch she was not feeling and she was crying. Imagine the trauma her work makes her travel how do y'all now expect her to trust a hotel again is her work not going to suffer after this trauma?
