This Hotel has stinking Client Service

I arrived here on Friday 06 December only 2 Lifts were working I hade to wait over 30 minutes fr a lift... my bath tub was not clean I called house keeping they still yet to attendant to that it’s Sunday. They had no back up for load shedding. the TV Signals is not clear. Today they do not have have water.... the lifts you still have to wait for over 30 minutes to get to the room... the curtains are dirty....all in all I would never let my family visit here I staying in room 1742 it’s a block booking for 31 guest
