Royal Hotel promos are for Coastland South beach stay

I had booked a weekend stay for my daughter`s birthday weekend. They were running a promo and so i made the booking. Only to be later told about a "water problem" so my stay had to be transferred to the Coastlands hotel. The lady informed me that its their sister hotel, so i expected the same environment obviously. However, got the complete opposite. Very rowdy place with drunk group of people everywhere. We barely had any sleep the entire stay because of the noise levels. We were also locked outside a few times because the room key was faulty. It seems like the staff also knew the key was problematic. The Coastland staff was amazing, very helpful and made every effort to ensure our stay was as comfortable as it could be. I am just annoyed at the royal hotel for overbooking and then subsequently lying about water issues. I over heard other staff in the kitchen saying that more royal hotel guests will be joining breakfast there at coastlands, because of over booking. It felt more like a **** to sell us promos, only to discover that they intend on filling up coastlands. Which creates a misalignment between what we purchase and end product received.
