Royal hotel false info

I hope you are well.

I checked in royal hotel at 4am this morning. We were checked in at 6pm. When I got to my room, the toilet is leaking and I had to put a towel on the floor because the whole bathroom floor was wet. Then on the internet I saw that they have a gym and pool, as I asked the ladies at reception I was told that there is no gym and I should go to virgin active. I do not know if they maybe know that me going to virgin active requires membership.

Had I known that there is no wifi, no gym and access to the pool then I would of not booked here, and booked elsewhere.

This is utter false information, I was misled and it's unacceptable.

Please may you intervene as I feel that I was highly misled. I have many options here in Durban but chose the royal hotel.

False info are not right.

The carpet also smells like it's wet, it's not fresh and needs high attention

Please intervene, this is not value for my money
