Pathetic useless service at The Royal hotel Durban

With the name of the hotel "The ROYAL hotel you would expect luxury and amazing service, however not the case here. Absolutely no assistance what so ever. We called in several times to reception for assistance with no one taking our calls . We left a service the room sign and came back nothing was done . We asked for fresh towels they took over an hour to bring them. Really disappointed! Pathetic service. We spoke to the manager with absolutely no help either. Absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend at all.
