This hotel been playing hide and seek with my refund, I sent several emails and made several phone calls but they don't reply email, when I call they keep promising me lies, I fail to understand why they are not honest with clients, I always wasting my airtime to call them but they don't fulfill their promises. I am very disappointed with their service. I want the public all know about their bad service, They must refund my money and stop making empty promises, m tired following them now.
