Disgusting place

Worst, disgusting place. I paid R1050 for a night for my husband's birthday, before coming in I asked if there is a pool to use they said yes. We asked again at reception when we came in and they said go to the 21st floor. The pool was disgusting green. The room was stained. The room service food was terrible and it wasn't cheap. It's a joke of a place. Don't ever book with them. Unhygienic. We requested for towels 3 times and it never came
