Vodacom Rewards ...what a crock

about 3 weeks ago I was contacted by a sales person from The Rewards Company (Pty) Ltd (Rewardsco) - who do a lot of outsourced sales for Vodacom.<br> <br> We moved recently and I was making a decision as to whether I would be getting an adsl line or using vodacom to provide a wireless network for me. The deal from Vodacom sounded great, but I didn't get my device..<br> <br> Our new home does not have a bell so I was very specific about asking the sales person to note that the courier should call and hoot when they arrived.<br> I have now discovered that the Ram Delivery vehicle was hijacked and Rewards are insistent that I should look to the delivery company to replace my goods, they were not appointed by me, they were acting as the agent of the marketing comp[any, but I am sitting with excuses and no modem ....<br> <br> NOT HAPPPY with The Rewards Company (Pty) Ltd (Rewardsco) - Registration number ***
