I was contacted in early April 2016 by a marketer working at the Rewards Group on behalf of Vodacom. I was told I could get a 2GB package for less than what I was currently paying and I would not have to keep on paying for my current package as it would be migrated. End of April I was billed for both packages. I contacted Vodacom and they said it is not possible to offer such a package and Rewards is misleading customers. It does not seem Vodacom can sort out the problem and when I contacted Rewards they then put me onto another company. This practice is highly ********* and I will keep following up with Vodacom on my reference S3-GUG2V-V33MV so get this finialsed. Please be warned DO NOT ACCEPT ANY DEAL FROM THE REWARDS GROUP!!!
