An Unhappy Guest

I checked into this Hell Hole on 9 April 2026. I booked through Booking.com and they were quick yo debit my Credit Card. On Arrival at about 3pm, we found the room 204 in a total mess. The bedding was probably the same bedding used by the previous guests. The Bed sheets caused my skin to itch. I told Reception that I want to leave and wanted my money back. They refused to let me leave and refund me. I left anyway and wrote to Booking.com to get a refund, but I'm still waiting to hear from them. The Residences at Crystal Towers are misleading the public and making money from cancelations.
