Very bad service daylight *******
I went there recently to replace my battery for my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and I was in a hurry that day. Told them I was and that I'm going back to Johannesburg. They convinced me to purchase the better battery for R1100 instead of R750. This was replaced in a n hour. Apparently someone was going to bring the new battery to the shop.I came back to collect my phone they gave me another old battery that was apparently mine they removed from my phone. Told me that they put a new battery in my device. The battery life of my phone is worse than ever. Honestly very upsetting cause they also knew I'm from Johannesburg and can't come back to complain Very unhappy 🙁 Need to replace it now again. Waist of time and money. Please don't take your phone for replacement goods there. Honestly I think they put some very old battery in my phone.
