Worst estate ever

This is the worst estate to ever stay in. THERE IS ALWAYS POWER CUTS. They continually have grid issues where there is no power being supp**** to the estate. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE SOLAR PANELS THEY DO NOT WORK. They merely use the solar panels as a marketing strategy. They will lie to you that they have power during loadshedding which is a complete lie. The solar panels I repeat do not work.
