Worst estate do not buy here
Worst estate to live in (Reid lifestlye estate) . The estate has rms who manages their electricity and water. This company over charges people and switches off people's lights for no reason and takes forever to restore the power. The estate managers are terrible who do not know how to run the estate properly.

Worst estate
Terrible experience living at the this estate. They falsely advertise that they have back up power generators. However when the power goes off the back generators are never working. It's been 3 years since it last worked. The estate manager never informs anyone before hand that the back up power generators are not working we only find out that it is not working when the power goes out. The estate manager is only concerned about sending out specials for the restaurant in the estate and harassing people on the asthetics of their balconys. The important stuff they do not worry about.
