Weak property Maintenance

Waverley Center is a sectional title building with both residential and business units.<br> <br> The overall cleanliness of the Waverley center is appalling. My personal opinion is that corners are being cut to save a buck or two. The large municipal dustbins were removed and replaced with 10 residential bins, these must now cater for waste from 30+ residential units as well as the waste generated from the business units which include 5 restaurants, a pet shop and a petrol station and the waste generated by the petrol attendants living on the premise. The result is overflowing dustbins with a SERIOUS health hazard.<br> <br> Raw human waste seeks from the drains on a regular basis with no concrete solution in place to fix the drains. ***eons have claimed the building as their castle, with no intention from management in removing them, this after the building was recently painted.<br> <br> The 1 person responsible for cleaning the entire building complex has been released of his duties 2 weeks ago to date no one has been appointed to fill the position.<br> <br> The building management service NOT UP TO STANDARD. Pull up your socks or give to work to someone who is willing and capable.
