PROPERTYCLOUD. Very very poor service
I am currently renting a house in Hartbee****rt Dam, which is managed by PropertyCloud. Whenever I have issues or problems, I can either log them on their website, where the issue seems to disappear into a big black hole, or I can phone or WhatsApp them. The person who, to my knowledge, is assigned to manage the property and deal with any issues that may arise is Glenda Dercksen. Unfortunately, dealing with her has been extremely frustrating. She is almost impossible to get hold of. You can log issues, phone, WhatsApp, and leave messages repeatedly, but there is little to no response. The only time she seems to become visible and vocal is when payment is due at the end of the month. However, when a genuine issue is raised, she becomes completely unavailable. In my experience, PropertyCloud is probably one of the most useless companies I have ever dealt with. How they allow someone like Ms. Dercksen to represent them is beyond me. She has been one of the most unprofessional people I have ever tried to work with, and I honestly believe her conduct is causing serious damage to the company’s reputation. She does not bother to acknowledge, respond to, or provide feedback on any issues raised. I would strongly advise others not to make use of this company or work through them, as it may save you a great deal of frustration. Extremely poor service and a very disappointing experience.
