The WORST - absolutely useless

THE WORST Experience Possible. What an absolute joke. The run around these idiots send you on. They have absolutely no customer service ability. When I told the consultant, Melissa, that I was concerned about the level of service and I had come to HelloPeter to see if anyone else had such a poor experience, and that clearly their customer service is shocking, her response was 'Oh well, you have seen what other customers think, so all we can do is try to do our best!'. Do not waste your time with these people. They also made me pay a R300 deposit on my order to print 2 A4 colour samples (which only cost R10) - praying I can get my money refunded, as I do not want to deal with these muppets! STAY AWAY
