Pathetic service at the Kensington branch
This is honestly the worst Print shop I’ve ever been to. Turn around time is pathetic. 2 days for a simple price. No one cares to get back to you. Have to call multiple times to get through. No managers available to speak to No sense of urgency Don’t use this shop

Terrible Service
Initial dealings were friendly and helpful. I ordrred 12 A2 photos prints. The prints arrived rolled up - first sign of trouble. Upon opening we found that all the prints had clear visible print lines on them. We Whatsapped and emailed with no response. Tried calling, passed from one person to the next before they hung up on us. Shocking service. I had to get everything reprinted at another professional shop. DO NOT use these people!!

Dishonest and non delivery of goods for 3 months.
I wish I had saw these reviews!!!!! Wow! This company took my order and ran away with my money! They are rejecting my calls and avoiding my messages. Unfortunately they have dealt with the wrong one because I have reported them to the ombudsman and will be using all the attached reviews on Google and hello Peter to raise awareness to the ombudsman man about their continued conduct. I will also be laying a ******** complaint in Durban next Monday when I’m in town to put an end to their ******** conduct. If anyone wants to collectively put them to book please contact me on: ***

I wish I had saw these reviews!!!!! Wow! This company took my order and ran away with my money! They are rejecting my calls and avoiding my messages. Unfortunately they have dealt with the wrong one because I have reported them to the ombudsman and will be using all the attached reviews on Google and hello Peter to raise awareness to the ombudsman man about their continued conduct. Horrible, horrible service
Horrible, horrible experience with this company. I ordered a custom T-shirt using their design tool and paid for the quick delivery. When I couldn't open the link on the confirmation email to view my order, I tried calling them. The first 3 times, they transferred me and the call dropped. The 4th time, I told the person not to transfer me and stay on the call. They then told me they don't have a design attached to my order (which I did using their online tool), and that they can't see my payment on their system (despite a payment confirmation from payfast). Clearly my order was not even started yet, and by that time the delivery date was long gone, and this was specifically ordered in time for someone's birthday. I sent them the proof of payment, and asked them to cancel my order. Still no response from them, and they never answer their emails. I'm pretty sure I got ****med.
