Absolutely bad service. I have ordered a set of UV Spot cards from them, i have also paid on the same day and was told by the salesman that this would take between 3-4 days hence i have notified my customer. I have tried to get ahold of them numerous times and my call kept getting cut. Eventually i got through and the sales guys advised me that they cannot print these cards due to the machine has been broken. This is unprofessional these guys should have informed me earlier in order for me to inform my customer.

I then asked for a refund and now i am currently getting pushed around from person to person, i have been advised that the people that are supposed to be assisting me are either not at work or busy.

This again is unprofessional and bad service. I advise all viewers to not use the print shop and seek other print company's that can assist you , get the job done and act in a more professional manner and worship customer service.
