Poor Service

Highly disappointed in The Print Shop Durban North ,I mean I've used these guys twice and the worst I'd have to go through would be them not confirming that the order is completed. This time around it escalated to a point where I'm told my order is missing artwork ,I had to do back to back calls ,I'm told to email the artwork ,I do that and I'm told they'll push for Wednesday I call them again on Wednesday and I get the run around ,"somebody will call you back" and hours go past ,I call back only to be told that no artwork has been received regardless of the one I had to email and was confirmed to have been sent to the designers.

This was my last interaction with that place ,I'm done.
