PATHETIC SERVICE AND SERVICE DELIVERY
without prejudice - Worse Service ever received from a company! Lee, you and your team, both in JHB and DBN have just continued with your empty promises. A simple NCR book that must be printed according to spec cannot even be done. I really do not know how your quality looks on larger orders to clients. My recommendations and suggestions are for any new clients to tread carefully and NOT pay before delivery of confirmed service. The poor quality stretches from your designers to your final product. I can really not believe it takes more than 2 months to print 10 NCR Books... That said, when client has provided you with Art works too...
