Most appalling service I’ve ever received from a company

Certainly the worst service I’ve ever received from a company. I’m still in disbelief how these guys can operate in this manner and treat customers who’ve paid for a service in such an a manner. But then again it shows with their Jhb branch being closed down for so long. I am still waiting for my prints to be sent to my client. It’s been 3 weeks now and since I was told my prints are done. I call everyday over 10 times and when I’m lucky enough to get my call answered on on of the numerous contact numbers they have listed on their website then it’s lies upon lies. “We’ve sent them via courier” , “oh no we’ve misplaced your address please resend it”, Yesterday the story was “oh no the courier is in the area to deliver to your client today”. I then asked them to send me the tracking number which I was never sent and my client still hasn’t received anything. Emails go unanswered and Monica just claims she’s not receiving them, gives me another email address and she still doesn’t respond to it.

This is such disgusting service you’ve been giving me and I’ve never regretted using a company like I do now. In fact you’re making my company which has had a great reputation with its clients for over 14 years look as terrible as you do. Send my prints to my client or send me my damn money back if you don’t want to please so I can go to companies who take themselves serious.
